The Latino Leadership Summit 2009 is October 23-24th.

Registration consists of 4 steps and they are listed below.


REGISTRATION

1. Download the here --> Registration Packet 2009.doc

2. Fill out the Registration Packet.

3. Send an email to lls2009@ymail.com with the complete form attached. 

  1. 4.Receive a confirmation email and print the email for your records.


Group registration is available. Click on the Registration Packet document and look for Group Registration.


PAYMENT

If you registered before October 9th at 5:00pm, the registration fee is $30 per participant. After this date registration cost is $40 per participant.


Payment Options: Money Order, Cash, or Personal Check


Please make money orders and personal checks payable to Latino Leadership Council, and include name of registered student.
